Website Copy
At this time you should begin to draft the copy (the text) that will be found on your website. All you need for this is a good text editor (like Microsoft Word), a solid understanding of your business and a clear vision of what you're trying to tell your audience.

While we are able to take photos of your products, and create graphics for your website, it will be more challenging for us (or anyone) to write copy for your website unless they have a clear understanding of your business or the product or message you are looking to project. Keeping in mind that communication with your target audience is very important, information should be compelling, easy to retrieve, fast loading and navigable to make visiting your website a worthwile experience.

Note: We have created several forms that our customers have found helpful; these will help you gather and organize your website copy; a link to these forms will be given to you at this point.

Website Graphics
Once you have gathered, edited and submitted us your text, we will all have a clearer idea of the type of graphics and images that should be on your website. If you already have graphics, we will ask that you send them to us at this time; we will verify that they are the correct format, then we will sort them and format them for your website (crop, resize, compress etc.). If you don't have graphics and need original designs or photos to be taken, we can help with that as well. Depending on the information you submit in the initial questionnaire, our estimate may or may not include graphics and photography, and if it didn't initially and it is added at this time, our estimate will be revised accordingly.
