| Once we know exactly what content will be on your website and how the information will be presented to your visitors, we will create both a finalized estimate that precisely describes what work is to be accomplished and a timeline that will show you the progress of your website development.
After you approve the revised (finalized) estimate, we will meet with you once again (via phone, video conference or in person) to gather information and discuss in greater detail the look and feel of your website based on the copy and graphics you have submitted. This process is fairly interactive and typically accounts for a couple of rounds of proofs for you to review.
Any changes to the scope of design from this point forth, will be outlined and presented to you for review and approval, then added to the running invoice.
